Position: Slickline Operator / Slickline Supervisor
Location: Middle East

Responsibilities:

• Carry out slickline operations including setting and retrieving plugs, running gauges, shifting sleeves, fishing, and downhole maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain slickline equipment, ensuring all tools are calibrated, tested, and ready for operation.
• Operate slickline units safely and efficiently according to company standards and client requirements.
• Supervise slickline crews (for Supervisor role) and provide technical guidance during operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate job records.
• Troubleshoot downhole issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in slickline operations.
• Strong knowledge of slickline tools, pressure control equipment, and operational procedures.
• Arabic speaking preferred; English is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and in multi-cultural environments.
