Slickline Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Slickline Supervisor to oversee onshore slickline operations within gas fields in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing slickline activities safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead slickline crews during onshore gas well operations
• Plan and execute slickline jobs including well intervention, maintenance, and diagnostic activities
• Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with HSE policies and procedures
• Coordinate with clients, drilling/completion teams, and other service providers on-site
• Prepare job programs, risk assessments, and method statements
• Monitor well conditions and ensure proper tool selection and deployment
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate job reports, logs, and operational documentation
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, tested, and certified
• Conduct pre-job and post-job safety meetings and debriefs
• Train and mentor junior crew members

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of slickline experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
• Proven experience in gas well operations (essential)
• Strong knowledge of slickline tools, equipment, and intervention techniques
• Experience working in onshore oil & gas fields, preferably in the Middle East
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices
• Ability to read and interpret well schematics and job programs
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
