As a Slime Instructor, you’ll lead kids in hands-on slime-making experiences, assist with birthday parties, prep supplies, and help create a positive, playful environment. This is a fun, fast-paced, interactive role — perfect for anyone who enjoys working with children, being creative, and isn’t afraid to get messy!
Responsibilities
- Guide children through slime-making sessions
- Host and assist with birthday parties and group events
- Set up and clean workstations before and after sessions
- Prep slime materials (glue, charms, scents, glitter, etc.)
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and safe
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and guests
- Follow studio safety and allergy protocols
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (babysitting, camps, tutoring, etc.)
- Outgoing, friendly, and reliable
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Able to lead small groups confidently and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable getting messy and working in high-energy environments
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Must pass a background check
- Able to drive
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Creative background (art, DIY, crafting)
- Experience in event hosting or customer service
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Bilingual (Spanish or ASL is a plus)

Pay: $15.15 - $17.00 per hour
