Slimming Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Slimming Consultant to support clients in their wellness and body management journey. The role involves client interaction, understanding individual goals, explaining available wellness programs, and coordinating with the clinical and operations team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with clients visiting the clinic in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand client wellness goals and guide them on suitable programs and services offered by the clinic
• Explain treatment processes, schedules, and general lifestyle guidance clearly
• Coordinate with dieticians, therapists, doctors, and front-desk teams for smooth service delivery
• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and appointment details
• Provide regular follow-up and support to existing clients to ensure continuity of care
• Handle client queries and ensure a positive clinic experience
• Support branch operations as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate or diploma (health, nutrition, wellness, or related fields preferred)
• Experience in wellness, fitness, beauty, healthcare, or service-based roles is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or clinic software)
• Client-focused approach with professional etiquette
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in wellness clinics, fitness centres, slimming clinics, or healthcare setups
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
