Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

• Monitor resident progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and prepare detailed progress reports

• Assist in the rehabilitation of residents affected by injury, illness, or other conditions

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff

• Ensure confidentiality by handling sensitive information with discretion

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program

• Licensing: Current New York State Speech Language Pathologist License
