Small Businss Operations Partner P/T

Location: Teaneck / Hackensack, NJ (Local required)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour (based on experience and execution ability)
Hours: 8–12 hours per week to start (consistent weekly schedule)

About the Role

I am a small business owner operating a retail location and developing one controlled service-based revenue pilot. I am looking for a mature, execution-focused operator to help install structure, centralize tasks, and bring weekly cadence.

This is not a corporate role. It is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and practical.

The first 60 days are focused on stabilization — not expansion.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Installing and maintaining a Master Operations Dashboard
• Centralizing and tracking all open tasks and deadlines
• Following up with vendors, team members, and partners
• Enforcing weekly execution rhythm
• Creating visibility into cash flow and near-term obligations
• Preparing short weekly executive summaries
• Helping validate and coordinate one local service revenue pilot
• Delegating appropriately and tracking to closure

You will work directly with the owner.

Success will be measured by closed loops, clarity, and forward motion — not activity.

The Environment

This is a small entrepreneurial environment. We wear multiple hats. Sometimes strategic, sometimes operational, sometimes hands-on.

You must be comfortable operating across layers when needed.

If you require a highly structured corporate environment, this will not be a fit.

• Experience installing systems and enforcing cadence

• Not bookkeeping (finance is handled separately)
