Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild small engines and commercial pressure washing equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Lead custom equipment builds and fabrication projects
- Manage parts inventory and maintain an efficient workspace
- Provide excellent technical support to customers and internal teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant shop environment
Requirements
- 2+ years recent mechanical experience (small engines, motorcycles, boats, or outdoor power equipment)
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
- Familiarity with pressure washer equipment a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills (30+ WPM)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor
- Positive, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude
