Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild small engines and commercial pressure washing equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Lead custom equipment builds and fabrication projects
• Manage parts inventory and maintain an efficient workspace
• Provide excellent technical support to customers and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant shop environment

Requirements

• 2+ years recent mechanical experience (small engines, motorcycles, boats, or outdoor power equipment)
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
• Familiarity with pressure washer equipment a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills (30+ WPM)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical labor
• Positive, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: Up to $22.50 per hour
