Package Delivery Driver – Duluth, MN

Join our team as a delivery driver serving the Duluth area. Drivers begin each day at our local station where they prepare their assigned company vehicle and organize packages for their route. Using company-provided navigation and delivery tools, you’ll complete scheduled stops and ensure each package reaches the correct destination.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and maintaining a reliable pace while operating safely on the road.

Daily Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the Duluth delivery station
• Load and organize packages into a company vehicle
• Follow a pre-planned delivery route using provided technology
• Deliver packages safely and accurately to homes and businesses
• Maintain safe driving practices and professional interactions with customers
• Complete deliveries within scheduled timeframes

Basic Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outside in changing weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (THC excluded)

Previous experience in delivery, driving, logistics, or warehouse roles is helpful but not required.
