Job Functionalities:

• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify smart use cases, define value propositions, and create tailored digital strategies.
• Developing user personas and journeys to capture the specific needs and expectations of occupants, facility managers, and other stakeholders.
• Analyzing and specifying applicable smart systems and technologies, including their integration into project designs and infrastructure.
• Reviewing IT/OT infrastructure, data sources, and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for smart systems implementation.
• Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of smart elements, covering aspects such as data-driven design, technology specifications, and procurement strategies.
• Preparing detailed engineering documentation, including technical specifications, tender packages, and procurement guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with smart city and building standards, such as WiredScore, SmartScore, UL Spire, and other certifications.
