Smart Home Engineer

About Us

HISMART is a leading smart home solutions provider in the UAE, specializing in home automation, smart devices, Wi-Fi networking, smart thermostats, smart locks, video intercoms, and complete residential automation systems.

We are seeking a skilled Smart Home Engineer(Home Automation & Low Voltage) to join our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits for inspection, assessment, and measurement.
• Prepare technical inquiries based on site conditions and client requirements.
• Prepare customer drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic electrical layouts for installation.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart home systems (Tuya, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, etc.).
• Install thermostats, smart curtains, smart locks, sensors, cameras, and automation devices.
• Perform low-voltage wiring, termination, testing, and system integration.
• Provide on-site technical support and client demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Admin and Sales to ensure accurate installation schedules and client satisfaction.
• Prepare installation reports and highlight technical issues observed on-site.
• Ensure neat, safe, and professional installation standards at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in smart home, low voltage, CCTV, or related systems.
• Strong understanding of home automation products and networking basics.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/low-voltage systems.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tuya, Zigbee, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi coverage planning and router configuration.
• Hands-on experience with thermostats, intercoms, and smart lock installations.
