Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Smart Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help customers discover and purchase innovative smart home solutions including security systems, smart lighting, automation devices, cameras, thermostats, and home entertainment systems.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell smart home products and services to residential customers
- Explain product features, benefits, and installation processes
- Conduct in-store, field, or virtual product demonstrations
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable smart home solutions
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications
- Stay updated on the latest smart home technologies and market trends
- Coordinate with installation and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of smart home systems and IoT devices is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
