Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Smartsuite Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Implementation Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. In this pivotal role, you will champion the development, implementation, and maintenance of our client's Smartsuite GRC, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will drive proactive risk management strategies, strengthen security posture, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our IT infrastructure. Job Summary

We are seeking a results driven, highly motivated, energetic and skilled GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Implementation Specialist to work with Technology Clients in the US and manage the implementation of Smartsuite GRC SaaS Software. This is a System Implementation role ideal for someone that has experience working on implementation of Smartsuite GRC SaaS software

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implementation of Smartsuite GRC SaaS software
• Manage all aspects of project including understanding customer requirements, conduct workshops, define and document workflows, understand data model etc
• Daily reporting on implementation status, issues etc
• Log and resolve issues during implementation
• Design and configure custom workflows and functionality

Required Skills

• 4+ yrs relevant experience in GRC Software Implementation (must have) - Smartsuite or MetricStream
• Strong understanding of key GRC functionality including key use cases around Audits, Risk, Policy & Compliance, Third Party Vendor Risk
• Must be detail oriented, strong proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an analytical mindset
• Mature, calm and a strong team player
• Must be willing to work with remote teams

Education Requirement:

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related
