What are the main responsibilities of the SME Banking Product/Process Management Junior?

• Developing products and services in line with customer needs and market trends,
• Leading all the product development and process improvement projects, managing the projects and ensuring that they are successfully delivered and monitoring their impact on business results,
• Coordinating with relevant third parties and Information Technology teams for current and new product/process initiatives,
• Ensuring all processes are compliant with regulations and keeping track of changes in relevant regulations,
• Keeping up with technology, digital developments and related sector trends and coming up with new project ideas,
• Exploring all possible new or existing business opportunities.

What kind of knowledge and expertise should the SME Banking Product/Process Management Junior have?

• Graduated from a reputable university with Engineering, Business Administration, Economy or relevant fields’ degree,
• Maximum 1 year of experience in relevant fields,
• Having analytical thinking skills and competency to work closely with Information Technology teams,
• Strong communication skills in addition to follow-up and time management skills,
• Strong analytical mindset,
• Advanced problem-solving and strategic thinking skills,
• Inquisitive and innovative,
• Aptitude for teamwork,
• Fluent in English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Preferably, knowledge of SQL.
