Role Purpose:
To drive fleet sales growth within the Small and Medium Enterprise segment by identifying prospects, building relationships and delivering tailored mobility solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify and develop new SME clients through cold calling, networking, referrals and targeted field visits

Conduct needs analysis to match SME requirements with available vehicle models, financing options and after-sales services

Prepare and present customized proposals to SME decision-makers

Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules within company guidelines

Coordinate with Fleet Operations and Finance to ensure smooth contract execution and vehicle delivery

Maintain a robust pipeline in CRM with accurate and up-to-date records of activities and opportunities

Develop long-term relationships with SME clients to secure repeat business and referrals

Achieve monthly and annual SME sales targets as set by management

Provide market feedback on SME buying trends, competitor activity and potential new business opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in automotive fleet or related industry

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SME/corporate sales

Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office

UAE driving license is mandatory
