The Subject Matter Expert for School plays a crucial role in driving educational excellence and innovation within our team. • Develop and refine curriculum materials that meet educational standards and enhance student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective instructional strategies.
• Provide training and support to educators on best practices and the integration of technology in the classroom.
• Conduct research on current educational trends and methodologies to inform curriculum development.
• Facilitate workshops and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between the school and external educational organizations to foster partnerships and resource sharing.
• Support the implementation of assessment tools to measure student progress and program effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that align with the school’s vision and goals.
• Mentor and guide new educators to ensure a smooth transition into the school environment.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in educational theory and practice, along with a passion for continuous improvement and student achievement.

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and its application in the classroom.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others.
• Experience in conducting professional development and training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
