SME – RF Engineer – IBW Consultant (Senior)
Location: Washington, DC Metro (ONSITE – Local Candidates Only)
Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C)

Required Experience:
11+ years as SME on complex enterprise projects
5+ years public safety radio & DAS systems
3+ years P25, 4G/5G DAS integration
3+ years RF engineering (coverage simulation, drive testing, interference analysis)
3+ years IBW design, implementation & troubleshooting (LMR, LTE, DAS)
Experience with fleetmaps, code plugs & radio programming
Strong knowledge of public safety infrastructure & interoperability
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Must accept webcam/in-person interview and onsite requirement.
