About the Role

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, experienced, and growth-oriented Female Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, managing social media growth, and strengthening brand identity through consistent and impactful digital content.

This role is focused on content creation, social media growth, and brand management, with preference given to candidates having experience in product-based companies (local experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement.
• Create innovative content ideas for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and company website.
• Plan, manage, and oversee daily content production including reels, videos, posts, and stories.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual content.
• Manage and grow all company social media platforms.
• Monitor trends and apply creative strategies for audience growth and engagement.
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for improvement.
• Support website content updates and overall digital branding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of Social Media Marketing experience.
• Must have experience in a product-based company (local experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media strategy, and growth management.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools (Adobe Suite is a plus).
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
