Core Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and business goals.
- Create content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Work with the marketing team to produce high-quality content, including photos, videos, blog posts, and infographics.
- Ensure all content aligns with AKARIA Real Estate’s brand voice, mission, and luxury positioning.
- Oversee the production of 3D virtual tours and other digital experiences to showcase exclusive real estate listings.
Audience Engagement:
- Engage with followers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with influencers, clients, and industry leaders to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor conversations and trends on social media to identify engagement opportunities for AKARIA Real Estate.
Advertising and Paid Media:
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn promotions.
- Track and optimize ad performance, adjusting budgets and strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Create A/B tests for social media ads to optimize targeting and messaging.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
- Prepare monthly reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Monitor competitors’ social media activity to identify trends and areas for differentiation.
Brand Development:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new ways of positioning AKARIA Real Estate as a luxury and high-status brand.
- Develop branded social media templates for easy content creation and uniformity.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns around key events, property launches, and company milestones.
- Work closely with real estate agents to promote new listings, open houses, and client success stories on social media.
- Manage giveaways, contests, and other engagement-driven campaigns to grow the brand’s online following.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep AKARIA at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Maintain close communication with the marketing head and CEO to ensure alignment of social media strategy with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with the team for roadshows, ensuring content reflects AKARIA’s exclusivity and luxury appeal.
