SMM Specialist

Company Overview
Make Fortune (Dubai, UAE) is a leading consulting company providing corporate, legal, and accounting services in the UAE. Our second project, realLaw AI, is a LegalTech platform that helps businesses access UAE legislation easily and stay compliant.

We are looking for a creative and proactive SMM Specialist to join our in-house marketing team in Downtown Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) — content planning, posting, Stories, analytics.
• Edit short videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) from ready materials.
• Work with designers and copywriters to prepare visuals and captions.
• Analyze engagement metrics and content performance.
• Contribute to creative concepts and content plans.
• Support the marketing team with operational tasks (research, reports, uploading creatives, etc.).

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in SMM, content, or marketing.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Slides; Adobe tools — a plus.
• Creative mindset, sense of style, and strong attention to detail.
• Initiative, reliability, and ability to deliver results quickly and accurately.
