About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive SMO Specialist to enhance our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and organic traffic. You will work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and impactful online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Develop, implement, and manage organic social media strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.

Ø Create, schedule, and optimize high-quality, shareable content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Ø Engage with followers, respond to queries, and encourage community interaction.

Ø Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.

Ø Collaborate with designers and content creators to align visuals and messaging with brand identity.

Ø Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Ø Work with SEO and SEM teams to align messaging across digital campaigns.

Ø Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.

Requirements

Ø Proven work experience in social media marketing or as an SMO Specialist.

Ø Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices.

Ø Hands-on experience with social media management tools.

Ø Strong creative and storytelling skills with a knack for writing engaging posts.

Ø Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Freepik, etc.) are a plus.

Ø Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor's degree

Ø Proven experience in digital marketing roles (agency or in-house). Add-on Real Estate industry.

Ø Creative mindset with an eye for design and content.
