Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Designing and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Content Management: Creating, curating, and posting high-quality content, including text, images, and videos.
- Platform Optimization: Managing profiles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, GMB) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth; preparing monthly reports.
- Community Management: Engaging with followers, responding to comments, and moderating discussions.
- Trend Analysis: Staying updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and new tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to produce engaging, creative content.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
- Platforms: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Common Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is often preferred.
