About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and friendly Part-Time Smoothie & Açaí Barista to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and creating delicious, high-quality smoothies and açaí bowls in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare smoothies, açaí bowls, and other menu items according to established recipes

Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service

Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle payments

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times

Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed

Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality

Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere

Qualifications

Customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate supplies

Willingness to learn recipes, procedures, and safety standards

Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends
