Greens and Grains Corporate (Atlantic County) is hiring Front of the House Team Members for the 2026 Fall Season. We are a 100% plant-based (vegan) quick service restaurant. We are hiring for our locations in Northfield, Ventnor and Mays Landing. A full time and year round opportunity.

Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Smoothie Barista Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create a welcoming environment for every guest! In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the counter, crafting delicious smoothies and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. Your multitasking skills will shine as you handle food and beverage preparation, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a clean, inviting space. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for food service with your knack for sales in a fast-paced, lively setting.

Job Duties:

providing excellent customer service

making smoothies and smoothie bowls

taking customer orders at the register

taking customer orders over the phone

organizing take out and delivery orders

food prep like peeling bananas, cutting pineapple, cleaning kale

cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping, washing blenders and pans

Pay starting at $17 an hour plus cash tips (typically $1-$2 an hour)

Requirements:

morning/daytime availability

weekend/holiday availability as needed

closes as needed

ideally has transportation

can lift 40lbs

customer service experience required

great personality, enjoys working with people, professional appearance

food service or food prep experience a bonus
