Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer with a strong understanding of Generative and Agentic AI concepts. The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of data engineering and AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalable, responsible, and business-aligned data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Support AI-driven initiatives by enabling high-quality, scalable, and well-governed data pipelines.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
• Implement and manage data integration and ETL processes from multiple data sources.
• Ensure database performance tuning, cost optimization, and efficient data modeling.
• Support AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering workflows, and data readiness for GenAI use cases.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and issue resolution across data workflows.
• Ensure responsible data usage, security, and compliance best practices.
• Work within cloud environments and support data solutions deployed on cloud platforms.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have Skills

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, including prompt engineering.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and support AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience aligning technical solutions with business goals and value realization.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
• Experience in application testing and debugging methodologies.

Educational Qualification

• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.

Additional Information

• This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in an onsite model.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
