We are looking for a data‑driven professional who enjoys turning complex operational data into clear, actionable insights for the business. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and operations, supporting stakeholders by transforming raw data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visual insights that drive decision‑making.
You will take ownership of the end‑to‑end analytics process - from understanding business questions, sourcing and shaping data, through to delivering insights that are easy to interpret and act upon.

Must‑Have Skills & Experience
7+ yrs. of expr. in Data Scientist position
Strong experience with Python is essential (the first interview includes a case study to assess in-depth knowledge)
SQL knowledge required
Power BI expr. (or similar BI/visualisation tools knowledge) i s a must for
Solid, hands‑on experience using Python and SQL for data analysis
Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and visual data products for business users
Experience working with structured datasets and transforming raw data into insights
Ability to explain data findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
Business fluent English
Main Responsibilities
Analyse, explore, and model complex datasets using Python (Jupyter Notebook/JupyterLab), including hands-on data gathering, validation, and structuring.
Build, own, and continuously refine KPIs/indicators to clearly measure and explain performance; drive execution through data.
Work directly with manufacturing/automation data, developing a strong understanding of systems and data flows in a fast-changing environment.
Take full ownership of delivery end-to-end (analysis, testing, stakeholder presentation in PowerPoint), demonstrating initiative, accountability, and consistently delivering complete, high-quality outputs (no “half-finished” work).
Partner with business teams to understand requirements, ask the right questions, and translate needs into data solutions
Extract, clean, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that support operational and strategic decisions
Identify trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities in data, and present findings in a clear and practical way
Continuously improve data models, reports, and processes
Support data‑driven decision making by enabling easy access to insights and self‑service reporting
Nice to Have (Bonus, Not Essential)
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
Understanding of how data is generated and consumed in production or automation systems
Experience with maintenance, asset, or operational data
Familiarity with concepts such as CMMS, MES, SCADA, or industrial data platforms
Experience working with KPI frameworks, operational reporting, or master data
Background in engineering, data science, or similar analytical disciplines
Communication & Collaboration
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between data and the business
Comfortable presenting insights, explaining assumptions, and telling a clear story with data
Collaborative approach, working closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
