Position Overview:
We seek a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of content creation skills, technical understanding, and data-driven decision-making to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that communicate our brand voice
• Produce technical content that simplifies complex concepts for various audiences
• Stay current with social media trends and platform updates

Video Production & Editing:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for multiple platforms
• Create product demonstrations, tutorials, and company culture features
• Optimize video content for each platform's specifications and best practices

Community Engagement & Growth:

• Manage day-to-day community interactions and conversations
• Develop strategies to increase follower engagement and growth
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance
• Use insights to optimize future content and strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3-4 years of professional social media management experience
• Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in technology or software industry
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising
• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Understanding of developer communities and culture
