Job Overview
The SoCal AOE/COE Investigator position involves conducting thorough investigations related to workers' compensation claims. Duties

  • As a Claims Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into insurance claims to determine their validity. Your role will involve gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, analyzing data, and writing reports to help insurance adjusters make informed decisions on the claims.

- Conduct investigations into insurance claims to determine their legitimacy
- Interview claimants, witnesses, and other relevant individuals to gather information and statements
- Write detailed reports outlining investigation findings and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in fraud prevention and detection

Requirements

  • At least two years of AOE/COE or insurance-related work
  • Reliable transportation
  • Computer with internet access
  • Microsoft Word

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
