Soccer Program Assistant – Community Relations & Marketing (Part-Time)

About Us

One and 9 Soccer Training is a specialized youth soccer program focused on developing goalkeepers and strikers. We work closely with serious athletes and families across North Dallas to deliver high-level training in a positive, professional environment.

We’re looking for someone who knows soccer and loves working with people to help grow our program through community outreach, parent relationships, and social media support.

This is NOT a desk job — you’ll be on the field, around players, and part of the action.

What You’ll Do

• Talk with parents and explain programs

• Help welcome and onboard new families

• Assist at training sessions and events

• Capture photos/videos for social media

• Post simple daily content (Instagram/TikTok)

• Promote camps and clinics locally

• Share flyers and connect with schools/teams

• Help convert leads into sign-ups

Required

• Soccer playing, coaching, or referee experience

• Comfortable talking with parents and kids

• Outgoing and positive personality

• Reliable and punctual

• Available weekday evenings and some weekends

• Local to North Dallas/

Ideal For

• College soccer players

• Former club/high school players
