Social Commerce Manager

Duties

• Actively promote our brand at events, retail locations, and community gatherings by engaging with potential customers and providing compelling product demos
• Manage social media platforms by sharing engaging content, responding to inquiries, and increasing online visibility
• Collect valuable data during promotional activities to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer targeting
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating memorable experiences
• Assist in event setup, branding displays, and product sampling to attract attention and generate buzz
• Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and expand outreach efforts
• Support sales initiatives by encouraging product trials and guiding customers through purchasing decisions

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, sales, or customer service is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently in front of groups or audiences
• Proven ability to manage social media accounts and create engaging content
• Experience in event marketing or brand promotion is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances outreach capabilities
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for branding, marketing, and public engagement
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
