About the Role

We're hiring a Social & Content Marketing Manager to own our brand presence across all social and content channels. This is a creative and execution-focused role — you'll be responsible for building our social media following, producing high-quality content, and representing the OneLaser brand at key industry events.

You'll work closely with our internal design team and report directly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience growth
• Plan, produce, and publish a consistent volume of short-form and long-form video content, photography, and creative assets
• Coordinate with the internal design team and external production resources to maintain a steady content pipeline
• Identify and pursue UGC and co-production opportunities with creators and partners
• Manage OneLaser's participation in US trade shows — logistics, materials, on-site presence, and lead follow-up
• Identify domestic TV advertising opportunities and coordinate placements where relevant
• Track content performance and report on key metrics regularly

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related field
• Strong video production skills — comfortable shooting, on camera, and doing basic editing
• Experience managing a content calendar and coordinating with creative teams
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high output expectations
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar
• Familiarity with the maker, DIY, or manufacturing space is a strong plus
