Role Overview


We are looking for a Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to drive both content performance and creator partnerships as one unified growth engine.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who understands that today:

  • social builds attention
  • influencers build trust
  • together they drive sales

You will be responsible for making DXB visible, relevant, and converting across platforms.

What You’ll Do

1. Social Media Growth & Execution

Execute a trend-led social strategy across TikTok, Instagram & emerging platforms

Create and publish high-performing content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Lives)

React quickly to trends, viral formats, and cultural moments

Support in shaping DXB’s tone of voice online


2. Content Creation & Community Management

Produce viral-first, engaging content (video-first priority)

Manage day-to-day posting, comments, DMs, and community engagement

Build a strong, active audience — not just passive followers

Ensure consistent presence and share of voice


3. Influencer & Creator Management

Identify, source, and onboard relevant influencers (micro to macro)

Manage relationships end-to-end:

  • outreach
  • negotiation
  • briefing
  • follow-up

Coordinate product seeding, PR boxes, and collaborations

Support influencer campaigns for launches, events, and activations


4. Campaign & Launch Support

Execute social + influencer support for:

  • product launches
  • retail activations
  • key campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, sales moments)

Ensure all campaigns are amplified across social and creators



5. Performance Tracking & Optimisation

Track and report on key KPIs:

  • engagement
  • reach
  • follower growth
  • influencer performance
  • Monitor content performance and optimise weekly
  • Identify what works and scale it quickly


6. Trends & Innovation

Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and influencer trends

Suggest new content formats, creators, and ideas

Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the team

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years experience in social media and/or influencer marketing

Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram

Experience working with influencers and managing campaigns

Creative mindset with a strong eye for content

Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns

Data-driven and performance-focused

Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment

KPIs

  • Follower growth
  • Engagement rate (comments, shares, saves)
  • Content reach & performance
  • Influencer campaign results (traffic, engagement)
  • Contribution to traffic and sales
