JOB TITLE: Social Marketing Coordinator and Recruitment Specialist

TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: PACT Executive Director

JOB SUMMARY: In this role, you will coordinate social media and marketing efforts in collaboration with program coordinators and key personnel at PACT. You will be responsible for coordinating messaging efforts, gathering feedback, and ensuring that all communications are crafted inclusively. Your aim will be to foster awareness and diminish stigma related to mental health and our programs. Additionally, you will actively engage with our communities through digital platforms and in-person gatherings, all in alignment with advancing PACT’s mission to empower youth and families to achieve their highest potential. Additionally, you will utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media and networking events to source potential candidates for open positions. You will schedule interviews, maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, and assess staffing needs and requirements in collaboration with PACT leadership and hiring committees.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase program awareness and engagement.
  • Create, and disseminate engaging and informative content for our social media platforms.
  • Coordinate paid social media advertising campaigns, if applicable.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to continually improve our social media strategy.
  • Foster a sense of community and engagement among our social media followers by building relationships, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals and influencers to expand our communication network.
  • Develop a Crisis Management System to handle difficult situations or negative feedback effectively, promptly, and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with program coordinators and key personnel to promote program activities, events, training opportunities, and mental health resources effectively.
  • Support program staff and evaluation team to create reports and presentations that effectively share program updates and insights with stakeholders.
  • Acts as contact for website design.

Office Support and Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects and tasks.
  • Maintain Survey Monkey registration, participant sign-ins, and satisfaction surveys, and collaborate with the team to execute successful meetings and event planning.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities; drafting job postings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and switch between social media and recruitment duties effectively.
  • Knowledge of mental health or related fields is a plus.
  • Certifications in social media marketing or relevant administrative skills are suggested.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated experience in mental health or related fields.
  • Proven track record in social media marketing.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with mental health best practices.
  • Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Crisis management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of mental health resources and organizations.
  • A letter of interest, resume, and professional portfolio highlighting previous marketing, communications, or design work are required for consideration.

TRAVEL: Some travel within the five-county service region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52,229.00 per year
