Social Media Account Executive

Social Media Account ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Account Executive to manage client relationships and oversee the execution of social media strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, understands the dynamics of different social media platforms, and excels at coordinating between clients and internal creative teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned future client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and expectations.
  • Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with clients' objectives.
  • Create content calendars and ensure all deliverables are scheduled and approved on time.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals throughout the content creation process.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Support campaign execution, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities when required.
  • Ensure all content maintains consistency with each client's brand identity and messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, social media, or marketing is a plus.
