Role Description

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading social media strategy, campaign execution, content creation, performance reporting, and influencer management. You’ll be expected to anticipate client needs, think strategically about long-term success, and bring proactive ideas to the table that keep our clients ahead of the curve.

This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, with in-office collaboration expected 3 days per week.

Primary Job Functions

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent communication.
  • Develop and present tailored social media and marketing strategies for hospitality clients.
  • Oversee campaign execution, from content calendars to influencer collaborations and paid promotions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Create on-brand, timely, and strategically aligned content.
  • Identify new opportunities for client growth and long-term success.
  • Represent MPM as a thought partner in client meetings, bringing forward ideas and solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, or Social Media/Marketing (agency or hospitality background a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at once with strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, campaign strategy, and content planning.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and translating it into strategy.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (social scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards, SEO basics).
  • Passion for hospitality, travel, and lifestyle brands.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
