Social Media Account Manager — Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop social media strategies tailored to client goals (brand awareness, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to guide content direction.
  • Create monthly/quarterly social media plans and content calendars.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee creation of posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Write engaging and on-brand copy for all social platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce content.
  • Schedule and publish content across relevant channels.

3. Community Management

  • Monitor comments, messages, tags, and mentions across all platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Engage proactively with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Handle escalations and manage online reputation.

4. Client Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead regular check-ins, presentations, and strategy meetings.
  • Translate client goals into actionable social media initiatives.
  • Provide updates on performance and campaign progress.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly/weekly performance reports.
  • Optimize strategy based on insights and platform trends.

6. Paid Social Advertising (if applicable)

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
  • Track ad performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets as needed.
  • Report on ROI and campaign effectiveness.

7. Trend Monitoring & Platform Expertise

  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new features, and industry trends.
  • Suggest innovative content ideas and strategies to keep clients competitive.
  • Identify opportunities such as influencer partnerships or emerging platforms.

8. Project & Time Management

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ensure content deadlines and campaign timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, PR).

Must speak Arabic and English fluently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
