Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop effective social media strategies aligned with clients' overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with the industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Create engaging and compelling content across various social media channels.
  • Coordinate content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
  • Utilize multimedia elements, including graphics and videos to enhance social media presence.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to client industries.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss strategy, performance, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Provide proactive recommendations and insights to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing & account management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering results and building long-term partnerships.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Or Fresher
