About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating social media accounts for multiple clients/brands. This role focuses on client communication, account handling, content coordination, and execution tracking rather than performance marketing or paid digital campaigns. Experience in account management or project management is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (content, design, video).
• Coordinate content calendars, approvals, and posting schedules.
• Ensure timely execution of social media deliverables as per agreed timelines.
• Collect client requirements, feedback, and revisions, and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Monitor account activity and ensure brand guidelines are followed consistently.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and workflows using project/account management tools.
• Prepare basic performance summaries and activity reports (no advanced digital marketing analytics required).
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media account management, client servicing, or project management.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (posting, coordination, scheduling).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
