What You'll Be Doing:

✴ Juggling projects like a pro: Thrive in our fast-paced team while managing a variety of cool, creative tasks.

✴ Guarding the brand: Be the go-to guru for Brand Reputation Management across forums and review platforms.

✴ Team up and conquer: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to nail down client requirements, expectations, and timelines.

✴ Optimise and organise: Handle everything from profile optimisation to post/ad copies, captions, categories, and calendars. Work hand-in-hand with graphic designers to create stunning assets across digital channels, all while staying true to brand style guides.

✴ Client journey superhero: Guide clients from onboarding all the way through to reporting, making their experience smooth and successful.

What You'll Need to Rock This Role:

✴ A deep understanding of the latest social media trends.

✴ Creativity that knows no bounds—and a great sense of humor to match!

✴ At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts.

✴ Experience with international projects is a plus

✴ A reliable internet connection and a laptop with a working webcam (because virtual high-fives are important!).
