Social Media Account Manager

● Manage day-to-day communication with clients

● Coordinate briefs and requests across departments (creative, content, digital, production)

● Review and QA all deliverables before sending to clients

● Track and update progress on Asana across all client-facing work

● Lead internal follow-up to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met

● Strategically recommend upsell opportunities (bonus structure as per management discretion)

● Monitor monthly client satisfaction, campaign performance, and account health

● Handle internal budgeting estimations in collaboration with the Head of Ops for proposals and ad

spending

● Ensure proper documentation of reports (performance, platform insights, deliverables, and

wrap-ups)

● Flag issues or bottlenecks immediately and follow escalation protocols
