Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching content, editing engaging product videos, and managing our brand voice across social platforms. This role requires both creativity and technical skills — especially in video editing, trend adaptation, and tech product presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook & Google Business Profile.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
- Track growth, engagement, and performance metrics across platforms.
- Content Creation:
- Shoot and edit product reels, unboxing videos, tutorials, and user-guide videos.
- Design creative graphics and posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Write engaging captions tailored for the tech and gadget-loving audience.
- Google Business Profile Management:
- Post regular product and update content on Google Business.
- Manage reviews and ratings professionally to build trust and credibility.
- Trend & Audience Insight:
- Keep up with social media trends, especially in tech/gadget niches.
- Suggest and experiment with new formats (memes, reels, lives, stories, polls).
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of social media management experience (consumer electronics or eCommerce preferred).
- Strong video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, Tutorials, Unboxing).
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business algorithms.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
- Tech-savvy with interest in gadgets and electronics.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtags strategy
- Familiarity with ad creatives for Meta/Google Ads
