We are a growing real estate team focused on delivering a high-level, modern experience for our clients. Our brand is clean, professional, and detail-oriented—and we’re looking for someone who can help elevate and maintain that across our marketing and day-to-day operations.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative and organized part-time team member who can support both our social media presence and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of creativity and structure, and is excited to grow with a fast-paced team.
This position has strong potential to expand based on performance, skillset, and team growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing:
- Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Help develop new content ideas (listing posts, reels, team content, branding)
- Improve and maintain consistency of current templates and branding
- Assist with photo/video coordination and light editing
- Monitor engagement and suggest ways to grow reach and visibility
Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day team operations
- Help organize files, systems, and client information
- Support agents with listing prep and marketing materials
- Light communication with clients/vendors as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for clean, modern design (this is important)
- Comfortable with social media platforms and trends
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Self-starter who can take initiative and bring ideas to the table
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with tools like Canva, Instagram, Google Drive, etc. is a plus
- Real estate experience is a bonus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule
- Part-time hours (flexible based on availability and workload)
- Pay based on experience
