Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Ads Manager to plan, create, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across major social platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in running performance-based ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create high-converting ad campaigns, including audience research, ad copywriting, creatives, and A/B testing. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for best results (CPC, CPM, ROAS, leads, conversions, etc.). Manage ad budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand guidelines. Track pixel events, conversions, and other analytics tools. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in social media advertising. Preferred Skills Experience with landing pages and funnel building. Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools. Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
