Social Media Ads Specialist

Job Overview:

Dione Software is seeking a performance-driven Remote Ads Specialist to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, with the ability to analyze data, optimize performance, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and monitor digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions, ROI) and generate performance reports.
• Optimize campaigns to improve engagement and reduce ad costs.
• Conduct audience and keyword research for precise targeting.
• Collaborate remotely with Dione Software’s design and marketing teams to develop effective ad creatives.
• Stay updated on advertising trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ad optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and Pixel setup.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO and retargeting strategies.

Pay: $25.53 - $30.75 per hour
