About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & AI Content Strategist who can plan, create, and optimize high-performing social media content using modern AI tools and automation workflows.

This role is focused on combining creativity, social media expertise, and advanced AI content generation tools to produce engaging, scalable, and data-driven content. The ideal candidate understands trends, audience behavior, and knows how to turn ideas into viral or high-performing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content calendars across key platforms

• Create high-quality content concepts using AI-powered tools

• Work with advanced AI content generation platforms (e.g., HeyGen, Nanobanana, and similar next-generation tools)

• Generate automated content workflows to scale production

• Analyze social media performance and optimize content strategy based on data

• Identify trends, viral formats, and high-performing content styles

• Work closely with video/photo production and marketing teams

• Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual direction across channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience managing social media accounts professionally

• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and platform behavior

• Strong hands-on experience with AI content creation tools

• Experience with automated content pipelines and prompt-based workflows

• Ability to quickly generate creative ideas and test multiple variations

• Strong understanding of what audiences engage with and why

• Experience analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy

• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with healthcare, clinic, beauty, or wellness brands

• Experience with paid social or growth campaigns

• Basic design or video editing skills

• Experience managing influencers or UGC content
