Social Media & Ambassador Program Intern

Same Day T-Shirt Printing Riverside is a leading provider of high-quality custom printing services located in Riverside, CA. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, creative designs, and a premium experience for our customers and partners. As we continue to expand our reach, we are launching and growing our Ambassador & Influencer Program — and we are looking for a motivated intern to support this exciting initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit new ambassadors (entrepreneurs, creators, influencers with 4,500–10,000+ followers) to join our VIP Program through Instagram DMs, email, and outreach tools.
• Aim to onboard at least 10 new ambassadors per month and maintain accurate tracking of all outreach, responses, and conversions.
• Assist with ambassador onboarding, communication, updates, and monthly assignments.
• Create and manage a monthly content calendar to align ambassador activities, social media promotions, and campaign schedules.
• Develop engaging content for Instagram including reels, stories, feed posts, captions, and highlight updates.
• Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva or other design tools.
• Monitor social media analytics to measure engagement, reach, and content performance.
• Support daily social interaction by responding to comments, DMs, tags, and community messages.
• Research relevant influencers, trends, and content styles to help grow brand presence.
• Assist in brainstorming new marketing ideas, campaign strategies, giveaways, and collaborations.
• Help with email marketing, newsletters, and simple website/social updates as needed.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Media, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
• Confident and comfortable communicating through DMs and email.
• Creative thinker with an interest in branding, influencers, and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet goals.
• Canva or graphic design skills are a plus.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer outreach is helpful but not required.
