ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Analyst to design and develop marketing collateral, infographics, short videos, and engaging content for websites and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong visual sense, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through effective design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and create marketing materials, infographics, short videos, and other digital media from scratch.
  • Client Onboarding: Engaging with clients to understand their needs and proposing creative concepts for their social media marketing.
  • Prepare rough drafts by sketching concepts and finalizing layouts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the team to support social media marketing initiatives.
  • Grasping the client’s branding and creative direction to maintain consistency in all marketing efforts.
  • Implement design elements such as style, shading, typography, and highlights to enhance visual appeal.
  • Brainstorm and mock up new design ideas regularly.
  • Be able to generate inventive marketing ideas tailored to the client’s brand, designed to excel across various social media platforms.
  • Visually communicate concepts effectively and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Be able to develop a comprehensive content plan outlining the types of content scheduled for publication on the client’s social media channels in the upcoming month.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by Management as needed, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
  • Work closely with the writing, design, and production teams to craft compelling and influential content.
  • Paid Promotions: Coordinating with the advertising team to oversee paid promotions for marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Collecting insights from the operations team on advertising performance and presenting these insights to the client, along with recommendations for future enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong creative and deep interest in graphics, typography, and visual communication.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas through design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing (Preferred)
  • Total work experience of at least 2 years (Preferred)
  • Familiarity in using digital marketing tools such as Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Google AdWords, Display Remarketing, and SEO techniques.
  • Proficiency in diverse social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and execute the client’s marketing objectives.
  • Willingness to travel within the city as needed for job-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
