The Social Media Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and improving social media performance across all platforms. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, competitor analysis, and providing insights to improve engagement and campaign results.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports
  • Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, and conversions
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research
  • Perform social media audits and identify improvement areas
  • Provide insights and action plans to improve content performance
  • Support the social media and marketing team with data-driven suggestions
  • Analyze campaign performance and ad results (if applicable)
  • Maintain records and dashboards for social media data
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
  • Experience with tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
