Social Media and Adminsitrative Assistant

Pauz Presents seeks an enthusiastic part-time Social Media and Branding Assistant.

Pauz Presents is an LA based events company, operating different party brands across multiple genres and fan-bases. Some of our brands include Sorry For Party Rocking, Club Blush, DANG!, Club K-Pop, House Worx and more. We are on-the-pulse of the music industry, operating in over 20 cities around the country.

Ideal candidate has social media experience, administrative experience and a deep knowledge and passion for music and nightlife. Familiarity with genres like electronic, house, k-pop, and r&b.

This role includes but is not limited to the responsibilities below and may be revised according to needs on an ongoing basis:

  • Maintain a quality, consistent, engaging content voice across the various social channels, as well as our site and email channels as needed.
  • Generate original content ideas regularly including content that is timely, hyperlocal, engaging and in line with the respective brands.
  • Manage and grow our social channels according to mutually agreed goals.
  • Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok.
  • Flexibly assist in other needs across the business as they arise
  • Updating Spotify Playlists
  • Organization, input, and management of ticket buyer data in database
  • Assist in other administrative tasks across company
  • Maintain spreadsheets, calendars, and information databases
  • Create and edit together video content and recaps with Capcut
  • Create and design branded tour artwork
  • Combination in person and remote work
  • Optional additional opportunities for paid on-site event work as well in Los Angeles

Requirements:

  • Located in Los Angeles, and have reliable transportation
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Apps Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Photoshop & Adobe Suite, Canva and Capcut knowledge
  • Technical fluency with social media platforms, especially Tik Tok, Instagram

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90026
