Social Media and Band Collaboration Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies to drive follower growth, engagement, and community building.
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with launches, events, programs, and campaigns.
  • Monitor interactions, messages, comments, and overall community engagement.
  • Identify trends, viral formats, and relevant conversations within personal development space.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure brand collaborations with aligned organizations, platforms, and communities.
  • Conceptualize and execute co-branded campaigns, digital events, and partnership initiatives
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with partner brands
  • Manage Brand outreach, onboarding, content coordination, and campaign execution
  • Develop ambassador programs and long-term brand partnerships
  • Secure and manage paid partnerships, sponsored content deals, and brand integrations
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, approvals, and reporting for all paid collaborations
  • Ensure alignment of sponsored content with brand voice and audience expectations
  • Coordinate cross-promotions, guest collaborations, and co-branded podcast opportunities
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos, graphics, and promotional posts
  • Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, growth, and partnership outcomes
  • Generate insights to optimize content strategies and collaboration effectiveness
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion and audience acquisition
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders for seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay updated on platform updates, social media trends, and emerging collaboration opportunities

Personal Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 05-07 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a significant portion in a leadership or strategic role.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Must know how to supervise and conduct digital marketing shoots and handle a camera, if needed.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Analytics, podcast metrics platforms).
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
