Duties

- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals
- Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights for strategic adjustments
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content discoverability across digital channels
- Oversee public relations efforts by crafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and building relationships with journalists and influencers
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports to inform future strategies
- Coordinate Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while managing budgets for maximum ROI
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality visual content
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels while ensuring proofread accuracy in all communications
- Foster strong relationship management with followers, partners, media outlets, and stakeholders to build a vibrant online community
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies with a focus on social media marketing techniques
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite applications
- Expertise in content creation including photography, video editing, and copywriting that captivates audiences
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research methods, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking
- Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to gauge brand sentiment and industry trends
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns along with other paid social media promotions
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively and professionally
- Ability to analyze data insights from platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for continuous campaign optimization
- Strong proofreading skills ensuring all communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with branding standards
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms for integrated marketing efforts that drive online sales
